How packs work

1. Get a pack

   Buy a pack with your Backed balance, or earn one free from a level-up or a promotion. Earned packs show as sealed.

2. Open it

   Open one pack, or up to five at once. The reel spins and lands on your prize.

3. Claim or sell

   Balance prizes are added to your Backed balance. Account prizes go to your Inventory: claim one to get the account, or sell it back for 90% of its value in balance.

Prizes

Each pack has a prize table with the value and odds of every item, shown on the pack page before you open it. Prizes range from small balance amounts to trading accounts, up to a $100,000 account in the Elite Pack. Every pack is set to return about 88% of its price on average.

Fair by design

Every opening is provably fair: each result comes from a seed that is committed before you open, so you can check that no roll was changed after the fact. The Fairness tab explains how to verify any opening.

Account prizes

Account prizes follow the normal limits: $200,000 per account and $400,000 funded per trader. If you are at the limit, the prize waits in your inventory until there is room, or you can sell it back.
