Payouts

Request a payout

Step by step, from checking eligibility to the funds landing in your wallet.

The top of the Payouts page: available amount, profit split, next payout window and lifetime paid
  1. Make sure you have a payout destination

Payouts go to a wallet or Rise account saved on your profile. It is never typed into the payout form, so nobody can redirect your payout. If you have not set one up yet, contact support from Help. See Payout methods.

  2. Close your positions

Close every position and cancel every open order on the account. Payouts are only possible on a flat account.

  3. Open Payouts and check eligibility

Select the account in the top-right switcher and open Payouts. The Eligibility panel must be all green, and Available for payout shows what you can withdraw.

  4. Click Request Payout

Choose how much profit to withdraw (or leave it at the maximum) and how you want to be paid: a crypto coin and network, or Rise. The form shows what you will receive after the split. Submit.

  5. Wait for review

The request moves from Requested to In review and then Paid. Trading on that account is paused until it is paid or rejected.

  6. Check your wallet or Rise account

When it is paid, your payout history shows the transaction hash (or the Rise reference). You also get an email and a payout certificate.

If your request is rejected

The payout history shows the reason. Nothing is debited from a rejected payout. Fix the issue and request again.
